Article 1. Definitions
Bank: Refers to the entity Deutshe Account SAS, issuer of the services.
Client: Any natural or legal person subscribed to a service with the Bank.
Client Area: Secure interface allowing remote management of banking products.
Applicable to all Deutshe Account services.

Warning: Subscribing to a banking or credit product creates contractual obligations. A loan commits you and must be repaid.

Access to Deutshe Account services is reserved for adults with legal capacity and tax residency in authorized countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg).
The Bank reserves the right to refuse the opening of an account or the granting of a loan without having to justify its reasons, in compliance with applicable regulations.
The Client undertakes to maintain sufficient funds in the account to honor payments and direct debits. Any payment incident will be charged in accordance with the current pricing brochure.
Account maintenance fees and premium service subscription fees are charged monthly on the subscription anniversary date.
Granting a loan is subject to final approval by our risk analysis department. The Client has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from the signing date of the credit agreement offer.
In the event of late payment, the Bank may apply late penalties and, after unsuccessful formal notice, register the Client in the national file of repayment incidents for personal loans (FICP).
The Bank is responsible for the proper execution of banking operations in accordance with the Client’s instructions. It cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or internet network malfunctions beyond its control.
The Client is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials and secret codes confidential. Any access to the Client Area using the Client’s credentials is presumed to be performed by the Client.
In the event of suspected fraud or phone loss, the Client must immediately block access via the application or by contacting our 24/7 emergency service.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after failure of any amicable settlement attempt, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
